Wendie Malick is no stranger to hit TV comedies. Many fans still remember her iconic role on the beloved sitcom Just Shoot Me, where she delivered laughs for seven incredible seasons. Now, she’s bringing her comedic chops to another successful series, this time as a regular cast member on NBC’s Night Court.

Last season, Malick appeared in a guest role for a handful of episodes. Her natural chemistry with the cast and her impeccable timing made her a standout, and now, in Season 3, she’s officially a series regular. For any actor, no matter how seasoned, stepping into a well-oiled machine like Night Court can feel like a challenge. After all, the cast and crew have already built their rhythm. But Malick shared that her transition was made so much easier by the warm and welcoming nature of her colleagues. (Click on the media bar below to hear Wendie Malick.)
