It seemed a move to Italy could finally put their feud to bed – but with Lauryn Goodman seen packing up the contents of her Sussex mansion, a source tells Closer that Annie Kilner is close to breaking point.
It’s been far from an easy ride for Annie, 33, since husband Kyle Walker was forced to publicly apologise last year, after admitting to fathering a second child with mistress Lauryn, 34. Last month, the Manchester City footballer announced a fresh start was on the cards, with him relocating to Italy to play for AC Milan. Despite having filed for divorce, it was reported that Annie and her sons would join Kyle abroad.
However, it isn’t only Annie who is said to be busy packing. In recent weeks, pictures emerged showing Lauryn – who shares son Kairo, four, and daughter Kinara, one, with Kyle – loading up a removals van with boxes. The move spurred speculation that she too could be moving to Italy.
Now, our source says the stunt has left Annie feeling outraged.

They reveal, ‘Annie was absolutely livid when she saw the pictures of Lauryn “moving” to Italy – and while they are quite comical as they’re so staged, she feels it’s yet more evidence that Lauryn will stop at nothing to upset and destroy her. It causes rows every time she pulls a stunt like this, because Annie cannot believe Kyle was stupid enough to get involved with a woman like that.’
After the removals van pictures went public, insiders revealed that Celebs Go Dating star Lauryn was ‘excited’ at the prospect of ‘new adventures’ in Milan. However, it seems moving closer to Kyle isn’t a priority for her. Opening up about the thought of setting up her life somewhere new, the influencer recently revealed, ‘For the last year, I wished to have the option to move abroad because, with all of the drama, I’d like a life reset, but I’m not sure how that looks for us at the minute or what it entails. It makes no difference to me where [Kyle] is, he could be on Mars right now for all I care.’
Whether Lauryn remains in the UK or jets off abroad, the source says Annie knows that their feud is far from done. ‘Annie knows Lauryn will take a trip to Italy and pose for photos, just like she did at the Euros, and she just isn’t sure she has any fight left. She wants to tell her side of the story, but she’s terrified of what Lauryn will do next.’

Fans were left shocked when it emerged last year that Kyle had fathered a second child with Lauryn – despite being married to childhood sweetheart Annie. As news of Kyle’s shocking secret child hit headlines, another bombshell was revealed. Annie – who already shared sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five, with Kyle – was secretly pregnant with the couple’s fourth child, giving birth to their son Rezon, nine months, in April.
Since then, Kyle’s actions have been a source of heartbreak for the star. Annie filed for divorce in October, with the move reportedly leaving the footballer ‘stunned.’

Although a judge ordered the footballer to make payments, the case saw Lauryn accused of treating him as an ‘open-ended chequebook’ with a string of lavish requests – including a new car every three years, and astroturf to be installed at her Sussex mansion so that their daughter could become a ‘Lioness.’

But with the drama now behind her, and a potential new home on the cards, our source says Annie is keen to put herself first – focusing on her own career, away from the world of WAGs. They say, ‘Annie is about to launch her first modelling campaign for a diamond company and is hoping it’s the start of many other offers as she balances doing what is right for her family and having some independence. She was always scared to take up offers before because of Lauryn’s reaction, but Lauryn acts out no matter what Annie does.’
They add, ‘It is hard for Annie to stay strong, as Lauryn is relentless. At times, there is a part of her that wants to give up – but then she looks at her boys, and she knows she won’t let Lauryn destroy their lives.’
