- Demi-Leigh and Tim Tebow recently celebrated the upcoming addition to their family in an intimate baby shower in Franschhoek.
- The pair announced their pregnancy last month, just days shy of their fifth wedding anniversary, saying they were 16 weeks along.
- Already, Tim has predicted Demi-Leigh’s dedication as a mom, praising her determination and nurturing spirit.
Eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, beauty queen and author Demi-Leigh Tebow and her sportsman husband Tim recently celebrated the coming addition to their family during a lovely floral-inspired baby shower at La Motte Wine Estate in Franschhoek.
The pair announced they were expecting just days shy of their fifth wedding anniversary last month, saying they were 16 weeks along. Thus far, the couple has not disclosed their baby’s gender.
Sharing a glimpse into the intimate event, Demi-Leigh captioned a series of photos, “Baby Tebow is in bloom”.
She added: “I’m especially grateful for this time to celebrate Baby Tebow with some of the people that have been in my life since I was little”.
When announcing their baby news, Demi-Leigh told American publication People that they were “so excited and so over the moon”.

The former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe titleholder also shared that she has “loved being pregnant”.
“I have gained the absolute just new respect for moms, especially moms that are working,” she told the publication.
“I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with, first and foremost. To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband… that we get to do parenting together”.
Meanwhile, Tim said the pregnancy “just became so real” when he saw his wife’s growing belly. He added that Demi-Leigh would be “a fierce defender and protector” of their child.

“She will be extremely loyal and loving. Demi is someone that is extremely determined. When she sets her mind to something, she goes all the way in, and I know that she will do that as a mom, too,” he said.
The couple has been in the country since shortly after their fifth anniversary, celebrated on 20 January.
With a series of snaps sharing what she and Tim had gotten up to since their arrival, Demi-Leigh shared another series of photos with the caption, “Home is where the heart is, and mine is right here in sunny South Africa with my family (missing @thetebowpack, of course). So grateful for this time together”.

The Tebow pack consisted of the couple’s three fur babies, Kobe, Chunk, and Paris, their Dalmatian who inspired Demi-Leigh’s second book, Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose. It was expected to hit the shelves at the beginning of April.
“In this story, Paris, inspired by my real-life Dalmatian, who certainly thinks of herself as a ‘Princess’, embarks on a South African safari adventure. During her journey, she unexpectedly loses her crown, which she believed defined her worth, identity and purpose.
